So we had to make comments on other people's rough drafts and I thought it was going to be easy! I wanted to pull my hair out!!! I read the essay like over and over again and finally thinking to myself this is NOT a ROUGH draft! haha it was soooo good. Seriously he was already done in my opinion with his paper. It made me feel like an idiot thinking oh my god! He is reading my paper probably thinking I was either not feeling good when I wrote it or i'm just plain stupid! haha I'm now debating whether or not to rewrite my whole entire paper now! haha it might sound funny my it's true as sad as it is....-Allie Garcia
So i love how we wrote the exact same thing!! Dont worry i felt the exact same way....couldnt find barely any errors....i struggled with it!!!

No worries! Thats why its a ROUGH draft. I'm sure you'll do just fine when you add the finishing touches to your paper. You definitely aren't just "plain stupid," everyone has different writing styles and I'm sure every paper was wonderful, in their own right. We ALL have things to improve on, and I guess thats the good thing about this English class. My paper wasn't perfect by any stretch, there are things that need to be fixed just like everyone else. Specifically, I make the subconscious assumption that everyone who reads what I write is going to know what I'm talking about, so with the help of the comments on the paper I know what improvements I need to make to have the paper be more suitable to a wider audience.
